扩张性心肌病患者心脏再同步化治疗的观察与护理

摘要 目的总结11例扩张型心肌病患者行心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)的病情观察及护理。方法通过严密的术前、术后观察、护理及出院指导,预防CRT患者各种并发症的发生。结果 CRT患者均安全度过围手术期,心衰症状明显改善。结论CRT为部分扩张型心肌病患者提供了新的治疗方法。有效的护理可以提高患者的生活质量。
