基质金属蛋白酶与动脉粥样硬化关系研究新进展 被引量:18

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)不仅参与细胞外基质降解,还参与平滑肌细胞移行及血管炎症反应,既影响动脉粥样硬化过程,又参与支架再狭窄过程。近年来支架内斑块问题备受关注,并认为是支架再狭窄的主要原因之一。本文旨在概括MMPs在动脉粥样硬化和支架再狭窄病理过程中的作用,并总结以MMPs为靶点的治疗新进展,为提高冠心病介入治疗效果提供新思路。
