Au纳米阳极阻挡层对聚合物太阳能电池性能的影响

摘要 自Tang研制出光电转换效率为1%的有机太阳能电池后,近20年来,有机太阳能电池取得了可喜的进展,已经实现7.4%的光电转换效率.但是与无机太阳能电池相比,其转换效率较低,离实用化还有一定的距离,因此提高聚合物太阳能电池的光电转换效率是目前此类电池研究的一个重点.决定太阳能电池光电转换效率的主要参数有短路电流、开路电压和填充因子,而影响这几个参数的因素主要有:材料的光谱响应特性、材料的能级特性、材料的迁移率等,
