摘要
提出了新时期加强大学生党建工作进公寓的"三效"机制,即:建立一支专业化、高素质的党建队伍,建立科学合理、以人为本的管理制度,打造特色校园文化,营造良好氛围的长效机制;建立"三导"工作机制,净化学生公寓生态环境,科学设置教育内容,提升党性教育的针对性,牢固树立服务意识,在党建进公寓工作中注入催化剂的时效机制;创新理论与工作方式,建立利用数字化党建平台和传统媒介等高效载体机制。
A mechanism characterized with long-actingness,timeliness and effectiveness for Party building among college students in their apartments is proposed. It is long-acting in building a campus culture featured by a professional and quality team of Party building staff and a scientific people-oriented management system. It is timely in clearing up the ecological environment of the apartments,cultivating awareness of service, scientifically offering teaching materials to enhance the pertinence of Party spirit education, and adding catalyst to the Party building among college students in their apartments. It is effective in innovating theories and working styles and setting up efficient platforms through traditional media and modern digital technology.
