摘要
目的分析与研究心理护理干预对于肛肠科手术患者的病情与心理的影响,并研究对患者焦虑情绪的改善情况以及患者对于护理工作满意度的改观。方法选取广东省佛山市禅城区朝阳医院2009年2月～2011年2月期间收治的肛肠科手术患者共98例,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,各49例。观察组患者在患者进行手术前、进行手术过程中、进行手术后进行心理干预护理,而对照组患者仅给予其常规护理,通过使用焦虑量表来对比两组患者的心理健康情况,并采用问卷调查的方式来了解患者对于护理工作的满意程度。结果观察组护理前后焦虑评分分别为(46.2±3.2)、(36.1±1.2)分,对照组护理前后焦虑评分分别为(45.9±4.1)、(49.9±2.5)分,通过不同的护理方法进行护理后,观察组患者的焦虑评分明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理工作满意47例(95.9%),不满意2例(4.1%),对照组分别为40例(81.6%)、9例(18.4%),观察组患者对于护理工作的满意程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对肛肠科手术患者进行心理干预护理,不仅能够使患者对手术进程有更全面与科学的了解,解除紧张与焦虑的情绪,还能提高患者对于护理工作的满意程度,因此值得在临床上进行推广与应用。
Objective To analyze and research the psychological nursing intervention on the impact of condition and psychological in patients with anorectal operation, and research on anxiety of patients with mood improvement and patients for nursing job satisfaction. Methods 98 patients with anorectal operation in our hospital from February 2009 to February 2011 were divided into observation group （49 cases） and control group （49 cases）. The patients in the observation group were given psychological intervention before operation, operation process, after operation, and patients in the control group only received the routine nursing care, through the use of anxiety scale to compare two groups of patients with mental health conditions, and adopted questionnaire survey to understand patients for nursing work satisfaction degree. Results The anxiety scale scores of the observation group before the operation and operation process were significantly lower than those in the control group, P〈0.05, and the nursing job satisfaction in the operation were significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological intervention nursing to operation patients with anorectal operation, not only can make the process more comprehensive and scientific understanding, relieve the tension and anxiety, but also improve the patients for nursing job satisfaction, so it is worth in clinical popularization and application.
