摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定香砂养胃丸中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法采用ThermoC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.5%磷酸(20∶80);检测波长:283nm;流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:室温。结果回归方程为Y=6870.34X-5765.45,r=0.9998(n=6),在8～80μg/mL范围内显示有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.75%。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好,适合于香砂养胃丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of hes- peridin in Xiangshayangwei Pill. Methods The column was Thermo CIs （4.6 minx250 mm,5t^m）; The mobile phase was aeetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid （20：80）; The testing wavelength was 283 nm; The flowing rate was 1.0 mL/min; The column temperature was ambient temperature. Results The regression equation was Y = 6 870.34X-5 765.45, r = 0.999 8 （n = 6）, it showed a good linear relationship in 8-80 p^g/mL, and the average recovery rate was 100.75%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and has good reproducibility, and it is fit to the quality control for Xiang- shayangwei Pill.
