摘要
目的探讨宫腔吸引管的最佳清洁方式,提高清洗质量。方法将采用传统与改进预处理后的宫腔吸引管分别分为A、B、C、D4组,采用不同清洗方法进行清洗。比较传统与改进预处理法清洗效果和改进预处理法4组清洗后管内壁残留血清洗效果及清洗前后管内壁带菌情况。结果改进预处理清洗合格率A、B、C、D组显著优于传统预处理(均P<0.01);改进预处理D组清洗合格率显著高于A、B、C组(均P<0.01);改进预处理D组管内壁残留血清洗合格率显著高于A组(P<0.01),B、C组合格率(80.00%、90.00%)均低于D组(95.00%);改进预处理D组清洗后管内壁带菌率显著低于A、B组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论及时冲洗加酶浸泡保湿预处理非常重要,而有效的多酶液下手工刷洗结合超声波多酶机洗分别配合高压喷枪冲洗多重去污清洗方法是保证宫腔吸引管清洁质量的关键。
Objective To investigate the best way to clean the uterine cavity suction tube and improve the quality of cleaning. Methods The uterine suction tubes were given traditional and improved pretreatment and then respectively divided into A, B, C, D four groups for different cleaning methods. Then compared cleaning effects of traditional and improved pretreatment method and residual blood on the inner wall of the tube through four improved pretreatment method groups and carrier situation on the inner wall of the tube before and after cleaning. Results Pass rate of im- proved pretreatment cleaning group A, B, C, D was significantly superior to the traditional pre-treatment group (P 〈 0.01) cleaning pass rate of improved pretreatment group D was significantly higher than group A, B, C (all P 〈 0.01) cleaning pass rate of residual blood on inner wall of the tube in improved pretreatment group D was significantly high- er than that in group A (P 〈 0.01), pass rate (80.00%, 90.00%) of group B, C was lower than that in group D (95.00%), carrier rate on the inner wall of the tube in improved pretreatment group D was significantly lower than that of group A and group B (P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Pretreatment of timely flushing and enzyme soak moisturiz- ing is very important and hand brushing combining with ultrasonic multi-enzyme machine and respectively matching with multiple decontamination cleaning method of high-pressure spray gun flushing with effective multi-enzyme liquid is a key to ensure the cleaning quality of the uterine cavity suction tube.
