摘要
回顾本院收治的1例异位妊娠术后再次妊娠致子宫破裂患者的诊断及治疗过程,探讨异位妊娠术后再次妊娠致子宫破裂诊断及治疗体会,并对治疗过程及治疗结果进行分析、总结。通过研究分析、总结,异位妊娠术后再次妊娠致子宫破裂若未能及时诊治,对产妇及婴儿均可产生严重的不良结局。临床应迅速终止妊娠,将对母婴伤害降至最低,最大限度挽救早产儿生命。同时提醒妇科大夫在行异位妊娠手术时,应减少对子宫的损伤。
The diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with metrorrhexis caused by subsequent pregnancy after ectopic pregnancy surgery in our hospital are reviewed. The diagnosis and treatment process are analyzed and summa- rized by discussing the experience of diagnosis and treatment. It finds that metrorrhexis caused by subsequent preg- nancy after ectopic pregnancy surgery can generate serious adverse outcomes to puerpera and infant under untimely diagnosis and treatment. Doctors should conduct timely termination of pregnancy in order to lower the harm to puer- pera and infant and save the lives of premature children as far as possible. Gynecology doctors should reduce damage to uterus when conducting ectopic pregnancy surgery.
