摘要
目的进一步探讨低分子肝素在颅内静脉窦血栓形成中的综合治疗效果。方法本文选取了本院2008年1月～2012年8月收治的30例颅内静脉窦血栓形成患者为研究对象,根据患者实施治疗方法的不同随机分成低分子肝素组和对照组各15例,对两组患者实施不同治疗方法后的相关临床治疗效果进行比较研究。结果本文两组患者实施不同治疗后低分子肝素组患者的总有效率为93.33%,对照组患者的总有效率为66.67%,低分子肝素组显著优于对照组。结论运用低分子肝素治疗颅内静脉窦血栓形成的临床综合治疗效果显著。
Objective To further explore the comprehensive efficacy for low-molecular-weight heparin in the intracra- nial venous sinus thrombosis. Methods Thirty cases of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis formation patients in our hospital from January 2008 to August 2012 were chosen as the research object. According to the different treatment methods for patients, they were randomly divided into the low molecular weight heparin group and the control group, 15 cases in each group. The clinical relevant treatment effect in the two groups with different treatment was taken for comparative study. Results The total effective rate of low molecular weight heparin group was 93.33%, the total effec- tive rate of the control group was 66.67%, the low molecular weight heparin group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion The clinical treatment effect for the use of low-molecular-weight heparin in the treat- ment of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis formation process is significant.
