摘要
针对目前电力企业用电与营业运行和管理体制的特点，并结合广东某电力工业局基于Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ的用电ＭＩＳ的建设开发实例，提出了用电ＭＩＳ的系统结构和系统数据库的设计方法，在此基础上，进一步对数据库设计和优化的相关技术进行了分析．
This paper focuses on proposing the system structure of MIS for power supply and design method for database. On this basis, it makes an analysis on the technology of database design & optimization. All of these aim at the current specialty in power supply and power management in the power corporations, and are combined with a sample of power supply MIS construction & development based o. Internet in a power bureau in Guangdong.
