摘要
研究了ＲＴＰ、ＲＴＣＰ等多媒体网络实时传输技术的原理及功能，具体阐述、讨论ＲＴＰ的实时传输技术以及ＲＴＣＰ的传输控制技术，并通过建立网络视频传输系统，探讨了ＲＴＰ／ＲＴＣＰ在网络视频实时传输中的实现．
In this paper, netwrok protocols of real-time multimedia transport,such as RTP, RTCP,were reviewed.Also real-time transport technology and real-time transport control technology were detailedly surveyed. Implementation of real-time multimedia transport protocols RTP/RTCP is discussed in the end.
