摘要
发展休闲农业是中国经济社会现实发展的客观需要。为了更好的发挥全国休闲农业与乡村旅游示范县在休闲农业发展中的示范作用,以天水麦积区为例,对其休闲农业的特色及其发展现状进行了分析,立足麦积区区域经济与地方厚重历史文化的实情,结合当前社会文化大发展大繁荣的时代要求,以整合该区农业、旅游、文化等资源禀赋,提出相应的发展对策。指出休闲农业的科学发展要从当地的实情和特点出发,发展措施要以积极配合和落实国家的大政方针为准,发展思路应顺应社会发展的时代要求。
To develop the leisure agriculture is the objective need of the development of the national economic society.In order to strengthen the demonstrative function of the demonstrative county,which is combined with the national leisure agriculture and country tourism,the article took the example of Maiji district in Tianshui.The character of the leisure agriculture and the present status were analyzed.The relevant countermeasures which were mentioned in this paper base on the reality of Maiji district in Tianshui ＇ s economy as well as abundant local historic culture,the times requirements of the great development and prosperity and also the integrated resources of the agriculture,tourism and culture.Meanwhile the article also pointed out that the scientific development of the leisure agriculture should be in coordination with the national policy and the time requirement and set on the local reality and character.
