强力霉素对次氯酸钠冲洗液引起的根管牙本质胶原降解作用的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究强力霉素对根管冲洗液次氯酸钠引起的胶原降解作用的影响。方法收集新鲜完整的前磨牙,采用手用ProTaper器械进行根管,分别用生理盐水、5.25%NaClO和5.25%NaClO+17%EDTA溶液进行冲洗。预备完成后放入人工唾液或含有100 mg/L盐酸强力霉素(DH)的人工唾液中完全浸泡。使用羟脯氨酸试剂盒检测浸泡溶液中牙本质胶原降解量。结果与生理盐水对照组相比,5.25%NaClO组和5.25%NaClO+17%EDTA组胶原降解量显著增加,添加强力霉素能有效降低降解胶原的表达水平。结论强力霉素能有效减少根管冲洗液次氯酸钠引起的胶原降解。
