摘要
通过分析了我国国有企业资产负债给构不合理的成因 ,提出了优化我国国有企业资产负债结构的对策。
Nowadays, a great number of the state owned enterprises of our country have met with many financial problems, such as too many debts and unreasonable assets and liabilities structure. It is difficult for these enterprises to gain new sources of funds, which will affecttheir operation. This article analyses the causes of the formation of the assets and liabilities structure of state owned enterprises and puts forward relative solutions to the optimization of the assets and liabilities structure of the state owned enterprises.
