摘要
首先讨论了生物组织中光传播的高散射特点以及散射光测量方法 ,建立了组织散射光检测装置。分析了光电池的光电特性及其用于生物组织散射光检测的可行性 ,并通过实测给出使用光电池对人体皮肤、腺瘤等组织的散射光信号的检测结果。
The high scattering property of light transmission in biological tissue and the measuring method for scattering light are first discussed in the paper.A detection device for the scattered light by biological tissue is constructed.The photoelectric properties of photoelectric cell and the feasibility for detection of the scattered light by biological tissue are analyzed.The detected results for the light scattered by human body skin and tumour by photoelectric cell are given through practical measurement.
