摘要
文章在分析企业孵化器功能和孵化过程的基础上建立了高新技术企业创业孵化器选择决策模型,提出了一种基于信息熵和TOPSIS的孵化器选择方法,从而为解决高新技术企业创业孵化器选择的混合多属性决策问题提供了一条新的途径。通过实例表明了该决策方法的可行性和有效性。
Based on the analysis of the enterprise incubator function and incubation process,this article constructs a model for the selection and decision of the start-up high-tech enterprise incubator,and proposes an incubator selection method based on information entropy and TOPSIS,thus providing a new approach for the solution of the hybrid multi-attribute decision problem in the selection of the start-up high-tech enterprise incubator.The example validates the feasibility and effectiveness of the decision method.
