进水方式对填料/CASS工艺处理酒精废水效果的影响 被引量:2

Effects of water feeding modes on the treatment results of alcohol wastewater by Filler/CASS process

摘要 采用填料/CASS复合工艺处理玉米酒精废水,考察了全程进水、2 h曝气进水、瞬时进水3种进水方式对污染物去除效果的影响。研究结果表明:不同进水方式对污染物的去除效果有不同影响,瞬时进水最好,2 h曝气进水次之,全程进水最差。缩短进水时间可以保证反应器内反应以推流式进行,提高反应速率,能够有效去除污染物。 Corn alcohol wastewater has been treated by the combined process of filler and CASS. The effects of three water feeding modes : continuous all way through, 2 h aeration and instantaneous, on the pollutant removing efficien- cy are investigated. The experimental results show that different water feeding modes have different effects on pollu- tant removing efficiency. Instantaneous feeding mode is the best, 2 h aeration feeding mode the second good and the worst is the continuous feeding mode. Shorten the feeding time can assure the reaction flowing in the reactor,in- crease the reaction speed, and remove the pollutants effectively.
