摘要
以聚砜为底膜,以哌嗪和均苯三甲酰氯为反应单体,以聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为油相添加剂,制备了高通量复合纳滤膜。制得的复合膜对Na2SO4的截留率为98.2%,通量为59.1 L/(m2.h),对PEG200的截留率为83.05%,通量为69.3 L/(m2.h),对NaCl的截留为38.9%,通量为70.3 L/(m2.h)。
Nanofiltration composite membrane was prepared with piperazine and trimesoyl chloride through interthcial polymerization on porous polysulfone membrane, and the polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) was added in organic phase. Under this condition, the rejection for Na,SO4 was 98.2%, the flux was 59.1 L/(m2·h), the rejection for PEG200 was 83.05%, the flux was 69.3 L/(m2·h), the rejection for NaCI was 38.9%, the flux was 70.3 L/(m2·h).
