摘要
目的 探讨帕金森氏病患者的记忆功能和情绪变化。方法 采用韦氏记忆量表及抑郁焦虑评定量表测查 39例患者 ,并与正常对照组比较。结果 帕金森氏病患者中记忆功能损害者占 6 6 .6 7%、抑郁 5 1.2 %、焦虑 5 4.8% ;焦虑、抑郁与临床症状严重程度 ,社会支持满意度有密切相关。结论 焦虑、抑郁是帕金森氏病常见的症状 ,同时可出现记忆功能下降 ;对此类患者应给与小剂量抗抑郁焦虑剂 。
Objective To research the memory founction and affective changes in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Method Compared with the control,the patients were tested by Wecslar Memory Scale and depressive scale and anxiety scale. Result The 66.67% of patients with PD had the damage of memory function,and 51.2% had depression, 54.8% had anxiety Theree was closely correlation between anxiety ,depression and severe degree of clinic symptom,satisfaction degree of social surports Conclusion Anexity and depression was common symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease ,memory function might decrease at same time For the patients with Parkinson's ,low dose of antidepressant or / and anti anxiety druges should be used ,and psychotherapy should be enhenced
