摘要
目的 观察近交系自发性高胆固醇血症 (NJS)小鼠短暂性脑缺血 (TIA)后的神经行为学和海马细胞改变的情况。方法 采用双侧颈总动脉夹闭后再灌注的方法制备 TIA模型。观察术前及术后小鼠的探究行为、平衡功能 ,统计术后小鼠出现肢体瘫痪的概率和海马神经元的坏死情况 ,并与 ICR小鼠的测定结果相比较。结果 NJS小鼠 TIA后出现肢体瘫痪的概率高 (P =0 .0 2 6 ) ,海马细胞坏死的数量多 ,其中左侧 CA1区、CA3区和齿状核细胞坏死较对照组有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。肢体瘫痪恢复后探究活动仍较缺血前差 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 NJS小鼠 TIA后可出现海马神经元坏死和神经行为学改变 。
Objective To evaluate the changes of neurobehavior and hippocampus in inbred strain mouse with a situation of hypercholesterolemia after transitory cerebral ischemia attack (TIA) Methods The model of TIA was established by means of reperfusion following transitory clipping of both carotid artery To estimate the abilities of inquisition and balance,to calculate the ratios of paralysis and the numbers of neuronal death of hippocampus after operation, the results were compared with the other strain of ICR mouse Results The ratios of paralysis were high (P=0 026) in NJS mice, but there was no more changes about the balance The numbers of neuronal death of hippocampus were more in NJS mice, There were statistic significant in left CA1,CA3 and nuclear dentate (P<0 05), the ability of inquisition was also significantly descend (P<0 05) compared with it before cerebral ischemia when the paralysis was disappeared Conclusion The NJS mouse can occur changes of neurobehavior and neuronal death of hippocampus after TIA To explore the mechanisms about this changes maybe promote the study in the field of some kinds of ischemia cerebral disease in human being
