摘要
采用超声心动图对31例扩张型心肌病患者的左室收缩及舒张功能进行测定。结果显示不仅左室收缩功能减损,舒张功能也减损,如快充盈量(RFV),充盈分数(RFF),平均充盈率(RFR/ESV),周径纤维平均伸长速度[mvcf(RF)]及左室后壁舒张早期活动幅度(R)均明显降低,左室后壁快速充盈运动幅度/左室后壁运动总幅度比值(R/PWE)减少。而慢充盈分数(SFF),心房充盈分数(AFF)却相应增加。
The systolic and diastolic functions of 31 left ventricles with dilated cardiomyopathy were investigated using cchocardiogram . The results showed that not only the systolic function but the diastolic function was affected. Parameters like rapid filling volume ( RFV ) , rapid filling fraction ( RFF ) , rapid filling rate ratio to end-systolic volume ( RFR/ESV ), mean velocity of circumferential fiber lengthe -ning during rapid filling [mvcf(RF)] and left ventricle posterior wall excursion during rapid filling (R) were significantly decreased respectively compared with normal ones. R ratio to total posterior wall excursion (R/PWE)was also decreased, while the slow filling fraction ( SFF ) and artrial filly fraction(AFF ) were increased correspondingly .
