摘要
本文报道青蒿琥酯治疗4种皮肤病共50例。治疗14天为一疗程,结果在湿疹31例中,16例经1个疗程。14例2个疗程。1例3个疗程痊愈。异位性皮炎9例,6例经2个疗程,3例3个疗程痊愈。多形性日光疹9例,5例经1个疗程,4例2个疗程痊愈。1例植物日光性皮炎经1个疗程即愈。经追踪观察,青蒿琥酯对治疗湿疹-光敏性皮肤病的远期疗效较好,对异位性皮炎较差。本文还对青蒿琥酯的治疗机制进行了讨论。
Fifty cases of eczema, atopic dermatitis, polymorphous sunlight eruption and phytophodermatitis were treated with Artesunate. Rach course consisted of Artesunate 60 mg i.v. daily for 14 davs, except that the first dose was 120 mg. Among 31 cases of eczema one course effected a cure in 16 cases, 2 courses in 14 cases,and 3 courses in one case. Among 9 cases of atopic dermatitis 2 courses cured 6 cases, 3 courses in 3 cases. Among 9 cases of polymorphous sunlight eruption one course worked a cure in 5 cases, 2 courses in 4 cases. One case of phytophotodermatitis was cured in one. conrse of treatment. The pharmacological action of Artesunate is dissoussed.
