摘要
离体蟾蜍心脏在阻断M_1和M_2受体条件下,10^(-3)M的Ach可产生收缩明显增强伴频率增快的兴奋作用。该作用既不被N受体阻断剂所阻抑,也不因耗竭儿茶酚胺而消除,却可被α受体阻断药酚妥拉明翻转而呈现抑制作用。
When M1 and M2 receptors in an isolated toad heart were blockade, the excitative effect obviously was produced by 10-3M Ach in which the contraction was enhanced and increased. This excitation was neither inhibited by the blockade of N receptor nor eliminated by the exhaustion of catecholamine, but it may be reversed by phentolamine, a Llockade of a receptor, with an inhibition effect occurring.
