摘要
【目的】 探讨激光防龋病的安全剂量参数。 【方法】 应用国产第三代Nd YAG激光防龋样机进行实验研究并进行相关动物实验。 【结果】 适量的激光有防龋作用 ,未见造牙本质细胞排列紊乱空泡变性 ,牙髓水肿、炎症细胞浸润或细胞坏死 ,亦未见修复性牙本质形成、牙本质烧灼或造成牙本质细胞核吸入现象。 【结论】 能量密度 2 5J/cm、重复频率 5 pps、辐照牙
Objective To search the parameter of safety dose preventing children's dental caries by laser. Method With the third generation of Nd YAG sample machine,its preventive function of children's dental caries were researched in children's decayed teeth and experimental animal cases. Result The preventivefunction of children's dental caries were proven by laser.Arrangement disorder and hollow degeneration of dentinoblast,swelling of dental pulp,infiltration of inflammation cell and cell necrosis were not found during the laser radiation.Reparative dentin,dentin burn and inhalation of dentin cell were also not found. Conclusion It's the safety effective dose of preventing chileren's dental caries to radiate the teeth 4 seconds with 25j/cm energy density,5pps repeat frenquency.
