摘要
本文报道我科在1985～1989年间,采用^(60)Co术前放射加手术切除综合治疗食管癌36例。发现不同的术前放疗剂量与手术间隔时间对食管瘤的切除有着相关性。剂量DT40～45Gy/4～5周,手术间隔时间3～4周是较为合适的方案。但放射剂量<40Gy,手术间隔时间<2周或术前根治量照射,手术间隔时间6～8周的病例不是手术禁忌症。
This paper reports 36 cases of esophageal neoplasm treated by preoperative irradiation combined with surgical resection from 1985 to 1989 in our derartment. The malignant foci occurred in the upper segment 2, medial 32, and lower 2, the discased lengths ranging from 5-12 cm.
Preoperativ irradiation dosage and the duration from the irradiation to the operation have been demonstrated to be closely cozrelated with surgical rescotion of esophagcai ncoplasm.
