摘要
目的:通过分析、总结在PICC导管穿刺、维护和使用过程中发生血流感染的相关因素,提高导管血流感染控制率。方法:回顾分析2008年至今248例PICC置管,对出现临床症状的病例进行细菌培养确诊。结果:经细菌培养确诊6例血流感染,并提出相应防范措施,严格控制感染发生。结论:加强过程监测、通过提高PICC导管维护技术,有利于分析和控制导管血流感染等并发症。
Objective： Through analyze,summarize the PICC catheter puncture,maintenance and use process occurs in the bloodstream infections related factors,to improving bloodstream infection control rate.Methods： Retrospective analysis of 248 cases since 2008,to diagnose by bacterial culture for patients appeared the clinical symptoms.Results： 6 cases diagnosed blood infection,by bacterial culture,and put forward the corresponding preventive measures,strictly control the infection.Conclusion： Strengthen the process of monitoring,through improving PICC catheter maintenance technology,to analysis and control catheter complications such as bloodstream infections.
