摘要
为了开展大口径主镜轴向支撑系统的研究,引入了硬点定位的概念。从三点运动学定位原理出发,详细地比较了不同支撑系统中硬点的特点和功能。进一步阐述了硬点在前期设计中所考虑的因素,分析了在特殊工况下,硬点与主镜轴向支撑系统刚度的关系,并选择了一块大口径薄弯月主镜作为对象,从静力学和动力学两个方面详细介绍了主镜硬点的设计过程,确定了其支撑圆半径和轴向刚度。讨论了当部分支撑点失效时,硬点与其他支撑点之间的相互影响。结果表明:新型轴向硬点定位较传统主镜定位方式优势明显,能够满足大口径主镜支撑系统的各项要求。
In order to research the axial support system for large aperture primary mirror, the conception of hardpoint which was used to define and adjust the position of mirror was introduced. According to the principle of kinematic constraint based on three axial points, the characteristic and the function of hardpoints for different axial support system were sorted and compared in detail. For elaborating the essential factors of hardpoints in design process and analyzing the relationship between stiffness of axial support system and hardpoints, an axial support system for a large aperture thin meniscus mirror was selected and its hardpoints as subject investigated were calculated in statics and dynamics. The radius of binding face and the axial stiffness of each hardpoint were ascertained, and the interrelationship between hardpoints and supporting points was also discussed when some support failure occurred. The results indicate that hardpoints can meet the requirements of the support system of large aperture primary mirror.
