摘要
目的:探讨火针治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法:运用火针,取局部阿是穴、背部腧穴进行治疗。结果:574例痤疮患者治疗4个疗程后完全痊愈302例(52.53%),显效134例(23.26%),好转85例(14.90%),无效53例(9.32%),总有效率为90.68%。结论:火针对各型痤疮、皮损均有显著疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the fire needle. Methods： applying needles on the point of Ashi and Yu. Results： the total cured efficiency if52.53% in 302 among 574 patients after 4 course, obvious effects is 23.26% in 134, symptoms reduced is 14.9% in 85, none effects is 9.32% in 53, the total efficacy is 90.68%. Conclusion： The fire needle is effective on acne and skin lesion.
