摘要
目的:观察针灸配合吞咽训练对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的治疗疗效。方法:对我院在2008年11月～2012年10月收治的180例脑卒中后吞咽障碍的患者分组进行治疗,采取针灸配合吞咽训练方法作为治疗组,采用单一的针灸治疗方法作为对照组。对两组患者治疗后的疗效进行观察分析。结果:通过对两组患者采用不同方法进行治疗的疗效进行观察,治疗组的治疗效果要明显比对照组占优势,两组治疗方法在治疗的过程中都取得了显著的疗效,治疗组的总有效率要比对照组高,治愈率也明显比对照组高,无效率低于对照组。两组质量方法取得的治疗疗效存在的差异性具有统计学意义。结论:综合的治疗效果要明显优于传统的针灸治疗,应用中医学针灸治疗手段和现代化的康复医学训练医学进行有效地结合,能够让患者吞咽的功能得到有效改善,促进了患者早日康复,值得在临床上广泛推广应用。
Objective： To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with deglutition training. Methods： 180 cases of patients collected from November in 2008 to October in 2012 were divided into two groups. Those in the treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with deglutition training, while those in the control group were treated with only acupuncture. The effect of both groups were investigated and analyzed. Results： Compared the effect of the two groups with different treatment, and the effect of the treatment group were much better. Distinguished curative effects were achieved in both the two groups. The total effective rate and the recovery rate of the treatment group were higher, and the inefficiency rate of the treatment group was lower. There was a significant difference between the effects of the two groups. Conclusion： The effect of the integrative treatment was much better than acupuncture therapy. Application of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and modem rehabilitation medicine training could improve patients with swallow dysfunction effectively and promote an early recovery.
