摘要
目的:完善胆宁片质量标准。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对胆宁片中主药金钱草的成分槲皮素、山柰素进行含量测定。结果:槲皮素进样量在6～80μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系:(r=0.9999)(n=6),平均回收率为97.37%,RSD=0.62%(n=6);山柰素在10.8～154.4μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系:(r=0.9994)(n=6),平均回收率为97.94%,RSD=0.80%(n=6)。结论:完善了胆宁片的质量标准。该方法精确,重现性好,操作简便,可以作为胆宁片质量控制标准。
Objective： To improve the quality standard of Danning tablet. Methods： The contents of quercetin and kaempferide in Herba Lysimachiae were determined by the high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method. Results： Quercetin showed a good linear relationship when the sample volume was from 6 μg to 80gg （r=0.9999, n=6） , with the average recovery 97.37% and RSD 0.62%. Kaempferide showed a good linear relationship when the sample volume was from 10.8 gg to 154.4gg （r=0.9994, n=6）, with the average recovery 97.94% and RSD 0.80%. Conclusion： The quality standard of Danning tablet was improved. It was precise, reproductive, convenient, and it could be the quality control criterion of Danning tablet.
