摘要
目的 :从免疫治疗学角度探讨中药对细胞免疫功能的双向调节机制 ,旨在寻求治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SL E)的最佳方案。方法 :45例 SL E患者 ,按中医分型为热毒炽盛型和淤血痹阻型、以中药二青汤与少量激素联用 ,观察中药治疗前后外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群 (TL CFU)数目、可溶性白介素 2受体 (SIL 2 R)含量变化。结果 :1TL CFU数目 :未治疗组低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1)和治疗组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;泼尼松组低于中药 +泼尼松组 (P<0 .0 0 1)。2 SIL 2 R含量 :未治疗组高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1)和治疗组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;泼尼松组高于中药 +泼尼松组 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :SL E患者体内免疫细胞双向调节功能失衡 ,提示 TL CFU和 SIL 2 R与 SL
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of doubledirectionregulating function of the cells immunity system on the systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) treating by traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy,from immunity treatment direction to seek optimum scheme of the treatment.Methods:Fourtyfive cases with SLE were randomly divided into two groups.Using Erqing decoction(二青汤) and a small dose hormone,from Chinese medicine dialectical classify of the domnation of heattoxin and internal accumulation of the blood in 45 SLE patient.T lymphocyte colony forming unit (TLCFU) number and soluble interleukin2 receptor (SIL2R) content of the periphery blood in the treatment from and back were observed.Results:① TLCFU number:Nontreatment group was significantly lower than those in normal control group ( P <0 001) and treatment group ( P <0 001);prednisone treatment group was significantly lower than those in herbal decoction+ prednisone treatment group ( P <0 001) ②SIL2R content:Nontreatment group was significantly higher than those in normal control group( P <0 001) and treatment group( P <0 001);prednisone treatment group was significantly higher than those in herbal decoction +prednisone treatment group( P <0 001) Conclusions:The SLE patients exist the immunity cell doubledirectionregulation function imbalance.TLCFU and SIL2R are relate to the natural course of illness.
