摘要
冻结法、钻井法、注浆法是特殊凿井中常用的施工工法。鉴于大量煤炭资源埋藏于深厚表土层之下,一般施工方法解决不了煤矿开采的建井问题,特殊凿井技术突显出其在深井建设中的必需性。该文综合考虑注浆法的特点,结合对注浆材料、注浆工艺及注浆设备的研究,分析注浆法在凿井工程中应用的优势,及其存在的问题以及可能的研究方向和发展趋势。
Freezing method ,drilling method ,grouting method are common constraction methods in special shaft sinking. However more coal resources bin＇- led under thick overburden,general constraction methods can not solve the problem of well constraction in coal mining, then special sinking technology highlights its necessity in well constraction in thick overburden. The paper considering the factors of freezing method, according to the reserch of grouting material, grouting technology and grouting equipment, analysising the advantages of the application of grouting in shaft sinking engineering, and the exist- ing problems as well as the possible research direction and development trend.
