摘要
目的 :探讨肾必康口服液对肾病综合征临床疗效及生化指标改善的影响。方法 :114例肾病综合征患者随机分为治疗组 6 1例 ,对照组 5 3例。 2组常规治疗相同 ,治疗组加服肾必康口服液 ,对照组用泼尼松、肝素、潘生丁等西药治疗。结果 :治疗组总有效率 91.80 % ,显著优于对照组 (79.2 5 % ,P<0 .0 1) ;合并症复发率(11.48% )也明显低于对照组 (2 2 .6 4% ,P<0 .0 1) ;且在降低 2 4小时尿蛋白、血胆固醇、甘油三酯、尿素氮、肌酐等方面明显好于对照组 ,并能显著升高血白蛋白。结论 :肾必康口服液治疗肾病综合征具有疗效显著、复发率低、合并症少的特点 ,改善各项生化指标作用明显 ,且无不良反应。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Shenbikang oral liquid(肾必康口服液) on idiopathic nephrotic syndrome and explore its effect on the improvement of biochemical parameters.Methods:One hundred and fourteen cases with indiopathic nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.Beside the same basic treatment,the treatment group (61 cases) was treated with Shenbikang oral liquid,and the control group (53 cases) was treated with triamcinolone,heparin and persantin.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91 80%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (79 25%, P <0 01).The recurrence rate of the treatment was 11 48%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group (22 64%, P <0 01).Decreasing the levels of proteinuria of 24 hours,cholesterol(CH),triglyceride(TG),blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and creatinine and increasing the level of albumin in the treatment group were better than those of the control group.Conclusions:Shenbikang has significantly therapeutic effect in treating idiopathic nephrotic syndrome with lower recurrence rate,less sideeffects and no adverse reaction.It can improve the biochemical parameters.
