摘要
目的 :探讨血清丙酮酸激酶 (pyruvatekinase ,PK)与恶性肿瘤的关系。方法 :应用速率法测定恶性肿瘤病人血清PK活性。结果 :恶性肿瘤病人血清PK活性升离 ,与参考值比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :血清PK与恶性肿瘤有密切关系 。
Objective:To study the relationship between serum pyruvate kinase activity and malignant carcinoma.Methods:The serum pyruvate kinase activity was detected by kinetic rate method.Results:Serum pyruiate kinase activity was significantly elevated in patients with malignant carcinoma compared to normal reference value( P <0 001).Conclusions:Serum pyruvate kinase activity is intimately correlated with malignant carcinoma,and it plays an important role in malignant carcinoca dignosis.
