摘要
随着网络技术的飞速发展,传统版权制度受到了挑战。近年来,国内出现了一系列网络版权侵权纠纷案件,使得网络版权保护面临的问题日益突出。笔者通过对网络版权侵权行为的分析,就加强网络版权作品的权利保护方面提出了建议和措施。
With the development of network technology, traditional copyright protection faces challenges. Re- cently in China, more and more cases of network copyright infringement capture our attention to the problem of network copyright protection. This paper gives analysis on some behaviors of network copyright infringement and puts forward suggestions and measures in strengthening the protection of network copyright.
