摘要
本文提出了外腔半导体激光器的电光调谐理论,讨论了偏振色散耦合因子与调谐范围及阈值电流变化率之间的相互关系,并从实验上验证了上述理论分析结果,连续调谐范围达到了92A,且输出为单纵模.
The theory on external cavity semiconductor laser using electro-optical crystal as tuningelement has been developed.We have also studied the relations between the polar-dispersioncoupling factor, the tuning range and the variation rate of threshold current.The experimen-tal results are in good agreement with our theoretical analysis.The continuous wavelength-tuning range is 92 A with single longitudinal mode output.
