摘要
以邻氨基苯甲酸为原料 ,用盐酸 -双氧水氯代法制得 5 氯邻氨基苯甲酸 ,产率 40 % ,然后将固体联苯磺酰氯加入至 5 氯邻氨基苯甲酸的吡啶液中 ,合成出荧光发射波长为 550nm的荧光剂 6 氯 2 [5 氯 2 ( 4 联苯磺酰氨基 ) ]苯基 4 苯并恶嗪酮 ,产率提高了 2 0 %。并配制出了两种胶印油墨 :黏度 5 32Pa·s,黏性 4 62 ,细度 1 0 μm ;黏度 31 7Pa·s ,黏性 1 0 30 ,细度 1 0 μm。适用于有效证件的防伪。
Chloro 2 aminobenzoic acid was prepared from 2 aminobenzoic acid by chlorination(hydrochloric acid hydrogen peroxide) in 40% yield.The fluorescent agent with maximum emission wavelength of 550 nm was synthesized by adding 4 biphenylsulfonyl chloride to 5 chloro 2 aminobenzoic acid in pyridine.The volume of pyridine was only 1/4 that reported in the reference 3 while the yield was increased by 20%.Two types of offset printing ink were made(viscosity 5.32 Pa·s,stickiness 4.62,fineness 10 μm and viscosity 31.77 Pa·s,stickiness 10.30,fineness 10 μm),suitable for preventing falsification of the valid credentials.
