摘要
土地是人类社会赖以生存和发展的重要物质基础,是城市经济发展的重要资源保障,土地利用集约度的高低直接影响着城市的运行质量及其可持续发展。文章从土地投入强度、土地产出水平、土地利用程度三个方面构建了江浙沪地区城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用主成分分析方法对城市土地集约利用程度进行了综合评价。结果表明,江浙沪地区城市土地集约利用水平在空间上大致由上海市为中心向外围递减。根据综合得分,将区内城市划分为五类,并对各类城市土地利用中的问题进行了分析和探讨。
Land is an important material basis of survival and development of human society and an important resource guarantee of urban economic development. Land use intensive degree will directly affect the quality of cites＇ operation and sustainable development. The article builds the evaluation index system of the urban land intensive use of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai Area by three aspects, which including the land input intensity, the level of land productivity and land-use degree. And it evaluates land intensive use level comprehensively by principal component analysis. The result shows that the cities＇ land intensive use level decreases from Shanghai to the periphery in space. According to the composite scores, cities in the area are divided into five categories, then it analyzes and discusses about the urban land use problems of every category of cities.
