摘要
探讨儿童视力检查准确度的影响因素和护理对策。回顾性研究影响儿童视力检查准确度的因素,包括家长对儿童视力检查在认识上的误区、儿童的心理因素、视力检查的环境、护理人员的技术及沟通能力等,为了获得儿童视力检查的准确结果,主要的护理对策为重视视力检查前的健康教育、营造良好的视力检查环境、做好儿童的心理护理、护理人员掌握儿童视力检查的方法及测试技巧。
To discuss the influencing factors and the nursing countermeasures of the accuracy of children′s vision inspection.The factors that influence the accuracy of children′s vision inspection were retrospectively reviewed.Parents′ misunderstanding on children′s vision inspection,children′s psychological factors,environment of visual inspection,nursing staff′s technology and communication skills are factors that influence the accuracy of children′s vision inspection.Emphasis on health education,good vision inspection environment,good psychological nursing of children;and a grasp of methods and testing skills of children′s vision inspection are effective measures to obtain children′s accurate vision.
