摘要
目的:探讨血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的护理要点。方法:回顾性分析106例血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的相关护理措施。结果:94例患者静脉内瘘使用良好,12例发生内瘘堵塞、假性动脉瘤等并发症。结论:合理使用动静脉内瘘,科学做好全程护理,可延长动静脉内瘘的使用寿命,保护好患者的"生命线"。
Objective：To explore the nursing of internal arteriovenous fistula in patients with hemodialysis.Methods：A retrospective analyzed of 106 cases of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients and the related nursing measures.Results：In 94 patients with internal arteriovenous fistula use was good,and 12 cases of fistula blockage,pseudoaneurysm and other complications.Conclusion：Rational use of arteriovenous fistula,do a good job of scientific nursing,can prolong the service life of internal arteriovenous fistula,protect patient′s lifeline.
