摘要
语言政策制定和实施的最终目的都是服务本国利益,为了达到健康持久发展的目标,必须妥善处理好语言间的均衡关系。为此,我国在推进双语教育进程的同时,应该注意三个问题:"汉语热"要内外统一,摆正外语和汉语的关系,双语教育中的外语教育要提倡语种多元化。
The ultimate purpose of languages policy is to serve the nation＇s interests. In order to achieve the objective of healthy and lasting development, the equilibrium between languages must be properly dealt with. Therefore, in promoting bilingual education, our country should pay attention to three issues：＂ Chinese Fever＂ should maintain the interior and exterior consistency, the relationship between Chinese and foreign languages should be dealt with correctly, and the language diversity policy should be advocated in foreign lan- guage education.
