摘要
从工程应用的角度出发 ,提出了先进控制的概念设计问题 ;并且给出了先进控制的适用性、工业过程的稳态分析和先进控制的结构设计等概念设计的主要方法。这一研究对于开发和应用好先进控制技术具有重要的意义。
The process industries have been focusing on Advanced Process Control(APC)to improve the control performance in the late decade.On the basis of the industrial application,a conceptual design method of APC for industrial processes is presented.Statistical Process Control (SPC),Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) are introduced to determine APC opportunity and then APC structure.
