摘要
目的探讨行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的并发症的预防与治疗。方法对该院收治的200例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的并发症情况以及发病原因进行分析、归纳。结果经过有针对性的预防治疗,该组患者共有1例出现腹壁穿刺口出血,1例出现粘连肠管损伤,2例患者出现热力损伤,并发症的发生率为2%。结论进行有针对性的预防与治疗,能够有效地防治腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者出现术后并发症。
Objective Investigate the prevention and treatment of intraoperative complications after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Analyze and conclude the intraoperative complications and the reasons of the 200 patients who are undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Results After targeted prevention and treatment, there are one patient has abdominal wall puncture hole hemorrhage, one patient has adhesion intestinal injury, two patients have thermal injury, the incidence rate of intraoperative complications is 2% . Conclusion The targeted prevention and treatment is effective for patients who are undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
