摘要
目的观察血府逐瘀汤联合曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将90例缺血性心肌病合并心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各45例。对照组进行常规抗心力衰竭治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加服曲美他嗪和血府逐瘀汤;两组治疗周期均为4周。观察两组治疗前后6min步行距离、左心室射血分数(LVEF)及血浆B-型钠尿肽(BNP)水平变化情况,评定两组治疗效果。结果治疗结束后,观察组6min步行距离、左心室射血分数(LVEF)等指标改善显著,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率为95.56%,显著高于对照组的71.11%(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤联合曲美他嗪可明显改善缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者的心功能,临床疗效显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of Xuefuzhuyu decoction and trimetazidine in treatment of heart failure of ischemic cardiomyopathy. Methods 90 patients with heart failure of ischemic cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The control group received conventional anti-heart failure therapy, the observation group received Xuefuzhuyu decoction and trimetazidine, based on the conventional anti-heart failure therapy, the course of treatment was 4 weeks. left ventricular eject fraction （LVEF）, 6 min walking distance, the plasma level of BNP in two groups were observed before and after treatment, and the clinical therapeutic effects in two groups were assessed. Results After 4 weeks, LVEF, 6 min walk distance and the plasma level of BNP of patients in observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu decoction and trimetazidine can effectively improve heart function of patients with heart failure of ischemic cardiomyopathy, with significant clinical therapeutic effect.
