摘要
由于目前光伏电池的仿真模型大多只针对特定型号的电池而建立,导致所建立的仿真模型不具备通用性。对微电网中光伏电池的输出特性进行了研究,在对光伏电池数学模型分析的基础上,利用matlab/simulink平台建立了光伏电池的通用仿真模型,只需要光伏电池的开路电压、短路电流、最大功率点电压和最大功率点电流4个参数便可以利用该仿真模型进行光伏不同型号的光伏电池的仿真。通过对所搭建的光伏电池仿真模型进行仿真测试,得到不同环境温度和光照强度下光伏电池的I-V和P-V特性曲线,并对仿真结果进行分析,发现仿真所得的光伏电池最大输出功率、开路电压和短路电流随环境温度和光照强度的变化趋势与理论分析相吻合,验证了模型的正确性。
Considering that present simulation models of photovohaic cell are mostly only for specific type cells and have not generality, output characteristics of micro-grid photovohaic cell wera studied, and a general simulation model of photovohaic cell was developed based on the analysis of mathematical model of photovohaie cell and the matlab/simulink platform, which needs only four parameters, which are the open circuit voltage, the short-circuit current, the voltage and the current of maximum power point, to simulate different types of photovohaic cell. By simulation tests of the proposed model, I-V and P-V curves at different temperature and light intensity are obtained., and by analyzing simulation results, the trend of the maximum output power, the open circuit voltage and the short circuit current along with environment temperature and light intensity are consistent with results of theoretical analysis, which verify the correctness of the model.
