黄河三角洲排灌模式转换工程试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了增加黄河三角洲地区的耕地面积,开展了排灌模式转换工程试验。试验区规划土地整理总面积为793.30hm2,分6个步骤进行试验,即区域环境考察、工程区勘测、排灌模式转换工程设计、地下暗管铺设、强排站建设、防洪涝措施配套等。试验区工程效益分析表明:暗管改碱工程改良中低产田的年增收益为396.28万元;新增耕地的年收益为557.63万元;新增耕地资源的价值为6 691.5万元,为工程总投入的1.82倍。可见,黄河三角洲地区排灌模式转换工程的经济效益显著。 The irrigation and drainage model conversion project had been undertaken in order to increase the cultivated land area in the Yellow Riv- er delta. The total planned land area in the experiment zone was 793.30 hm2. The experiment was carried out by 6 phases, namely the environment investigation, project area survey, engineering design of irrigation and drainage model conversion, laying drainage pipes, bump station construc- tion, and supporting measures of flood control. The project benefit analysis shows that the annual increased benefits from the low and medium pro- duction 'alkaline areas that have been improved through the pipe drainage engineering are 3. 962 8 million Yuan, annual earnings from newly in- creased farmland are 5. 576 3 million Yuan, and the resources values of newly cultivated land are 66. 915 million Yuan, which is 1.82 times of the total input, it is thus clear that the irrigation and drainage model conversion project has outstanding economic benefit.
