摘要
目的及时发现乳腺癌患者放射治疗后的皮肤反应,并给予正确有效的预防与护理,保证放射治疗的顺利进行,减少患者痛苦。方法对2011年1月～2012年9月在我科进行放疗的102例乳腺癌患者发现Ⅱ度以上皮肤反应有45例(44.12%),并给予有效的治疗护理。结果通过宣教指导使患者了解照射野皮肤护理的相关知识,积极预防,对已经发生皮肤反应的患者,经过对症治疗和护理,皮肤反应均痊愈,未影响放射治疗的进行。结论加强对放射治疗患者照射野皮肤的预防与护理,对提高放射治疗效果及患者生存质量有重要意义。
Objective Detecting the skin reactions timely in patients with breast cancer after receiving radiation therapy and giving the effective prevention and nursing, to ensure the implementation of the radiation treatment and ease the patients＇ suf- fering. Methods Between Jan, 2011 and Sep, 2010, 102 patients with breast cancer receiving radiotherapy in our department had received the propaganda and education of prevention knowledge, close observation. We found that the cases of skin reactions H degree was 45 （44. 12% ）, and receiving effective treatment nursing. Results Through propaganda and education, the pa- tients got the knowledge of nursing of skin in radiation field, active prevention. After symptomatic treatment and nmsing, ＂all the patients recovered from skin reactions, and did not affect the process of radiotherapy. Conclusion Strengthen the prevention and nursing of the patients＇ skin in radiation field receiving radiotherapy is important to improve the effect of radiation therapy and the patients＇quality of life.
