老年2型糖尿病血清总胆红素、尿酸与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨老年T2DM患者血清TBIL、UA水平与CAS程度之间的关系。方法 T2DM老年患者210例,按照有无CAS分为颈动脉正常组及CAS组,比较两组TBIL、DBIL、IBIL及UA指标;CAS组内依据斑块程度分为0级组、1级组、2级组、3级组,比较各组TBIL、DBIL、IBIL、UA等指标;按照UA值分组,比较BIL指标。结果 CAS组TBIL水平低于颈动脉正常组(P<0.05);UA高于正常颈动脉组(P<0.05);CAS组内比较:TBIL:斑块3级组<2级组<1级组<0级组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);UA:斑块3级组>2级组>1级组>0级组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同水平的UA组间TBIL水平无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论老年T2DM合并CAS斑块形成患者血清TBIL降低、UA升高,且TBIL降低、UA升高程度与斑块病变程度一致,而TBIL与UA无明显相关。 Objective qb explore the relationship among total bilirubin (TBIL), uric acid(UA) and carotid atheroscle- rosis(CAS) in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods 210 cases of elderly patients with T2DM, ac- cording to whether CAS is divided into carotid normal group and CAS group, compared two groups of TBIL, DBIL, IB1L, UA. CAS groups according to the degree of plaques are divided into class 0 group, grade 1, 2 levels of group, level 3 groups . TBIL, DB1L, IBIL, and UA were measured in all of the patients with T2DM. Results Carotid normal group and CAS group compari- son : TB1L : CAS group is lower than normal carotid group( P 〈 0. 05 ), UA : CAS group is higher than normal carotid group( P 〈 O. 05 ) ; different degrees of plaque of CAS group : the difference of TBIL and UA was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; different TB1L in different UA groups has no statistical significance ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Low level of serum bilirubin and high level of uric acid may be correlated with the severity of atheroma in T2DM patients by indirectly assessing the carotid atherosclerosis. Meanwhile there is no significant correlation between serum total bilirubin and uric acid.
