摘要
目的观察改良式180°氩激光周边虹膜成形术(ALPI)治疗原发性急性闭角型青光眼(PACG)的有效性和安全性。方法 15例首次发作的36h内的原发性急性闭角型青光眼(PACG),未予以药物抗青光眼治疗,采用改良式180°氩激光周边虹膜成形术(ALPI)治疗,观察治疗前后的视力、角膜水肿变化情况及眼压是否下降,以及房角改变情况。结果 15例患者ALPI术后眼压均下降,120min后眼压均正常。眼压下降后,角膜均由水肿变透明。治疗眼的房角均较对侧眼增宽。患者均能耐受治疗,未出现并发症。结论改良式180°氩激光周边虹膜成形术(ALPI)治疗首次发作的36h内的原发性急性闭角型青光眼(PACG),能迅速开放房角,降低眼压,缩小了传统360°的治疗范围,减少了并发症的发生,尤其适合于有全身合并症的患者,成为另一种治疗PACG的行之有效的新方法。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of limited （ 180° ） argon laser peripheral iridoplasty （ALPI） for acute primary angle closure glaucoma（PACG）. Methods 15 patients with PACG of duration of attack≤36h were recruited into the study. Each patient received immediate limited ALPI as primary treatment without the use of medications. We observed the change of the intraocular pressure（ lop）, the risual aceity, the corneal oedema and the anterior chamber angle. Results The lop of all patients was reduced. The lop of evergone was normal at 120min. The corneal oedema cleared after ALPI when the lop was nor- mal. The anterior chamber angle of the eye with ALPI was wider than that of the other eye. Everyone could endure the ALPI and We didn＇ t observe the complications. Conclusion Immediate limited 180° ALPI appeared to be effective and safe in controlling the lop in treating acute PACG with a duration of attack≤36h.
