摘要
参加了核工业放射性计量测试中心组织的土壤基质样品活度比对工作,利用HPGeγ谱仪对样品中241Am、137Cs和60Co三种核素进行了活度测量,用实验室无源效率刻度软件对系统进行了效率刻度。经测量分析,得到样品中三种核素的活度与推荐活度的相对偏差均小于20%,结果满足比对要求。
It summarized the intercomparison results of radioactivity measurement of soil samples which organized by Nuclear industry radioactive metering test center, the activities of 241Am,137 Cs and 60Co in soil sample were measured by wide energy HPGe gamma - ray spectrometer, the source - free efficiency calibration method were used to verify the γ- spectrometer. The results show that relative deviation between measurement results and reference values were less than 20% according with the acceptance.
